Mechanical milling

Co.m.ar.p carries out milling operations, parts milled with traditional machines displayed, with machining centers (CNC) with support of dividing tables indexed continous to CNC, EDM operations are also carried out.

With numerical control machines (CNC) it is also possible to perform very high precision milling: these are industrial processes carried out by removing chips and which allow the creation of customizable pieces based on the indications and customer requests.

The pieces produced in this way, which have a very high level of precision, find application in a wide range of sectors such as medical or aeronautical. Comarp is available for the production and supply of both single and series pieces.

We can make pieces up to dimensions of 2500 X 2500 X 11000 also with CNC machine tools.

For the milling operations required by our customers, we have traditional cutters, for small details and for special processing in very small series, or a 3-axis CNC machining center on which we produce from the single piece to the series, of parts in any material .

Complete supplies of heat or galvanic treatment.

The advantage for the Customer is that they have a single interlocutor for all the work performed.
